Default The overpowered part in the easy Majestys rest

Hello dear community

This is my first topic here, and im in guildwars for 1.5 weeks now.
Currently i have a me/ele lv 18 but actually im using only the ele till now.

Anyway, i did all the missions till Aurora glade, and discovered henge of denravi, but i did not walk all the way, coz the missions teleport u to another location each time.

So i decided to trace my way back all the way, and finally arrived at druids overlook, planning to walk further to Temple of ages. I crossed sage lands into Majestys rest, and heres where the fun started.

Majestys rest is relatively easy if u are solo with henchies. Not much moss scarabs, and my inferno and other AoE skills finished em off quickly. Pressing ctrl all the time to find enemies to kill... i discovered a LARGE group of red dots.

I walked to it and then my eyes fell out of their sockets. Omg. Even a lv 30 mob was there, allthough the highest mob in majestys was 17. Here were damned clerics lv24, a rotten skale lv 30, a rotten drake lv 26, and even some lv 26 archers flanking both sides of the entry.

The entry itself is also quite nifty, its a bridge u have to cross to a little isle.
If you dont know where i mean, watch the map, in majestys rest is only a bit water, and there is some kind of island with a bridge. On the island are all the mobs.

Anyway... what the bleep do those mobs do there? What are they guarding? I tried to kill em with 2 friends who were lv 20 and had lv 20 heros... no succes. So for me it remains a mistery.

Who can tell me more??

You found Rotwing. His mobs, while difficult to kill, are guarantee to drop Rotwing's Recurve Bow. Lore wise, I'm not sure why he's there.

That said, if you look around, I'm 100% certain you'll see a structure that is familiar from an earlier cutscene involving a certain staff.

Indeed Rotwing is a fearsome beast especially since new players haven't been yet faced with a challenge of his caliber yet. Good Luck!

For a start you need a team of 8 rather than 6, so get to ToA and then start your party from there. The henchies at ToA are only lvl 15 if I remember correctly so you would be much better off trying to get a team of lvl 20 players together - guildies perhaps.
